I have the honour to enclose a report by

Dr. H. H. Scott, Government Bacteriologist, on the subject of Tuberculosis in the Far East, and to request that it may be laid before the Tropical Diseases Bureau.

I shall be glad to receive in due course any comments that the Committee may make on this report. I would propose to publish it as a Sessional Paper and the comments of the Committee would no doubt add materially to the value

of the paper.
